Youre All Surrounded Review

I just finished a rewatch of You're All Surrounded and I'm struck by how well-balanced it is. While it starts as a comedy-heavy "rookie cop" show, the way it weaves Eun Dae-gu’s trauma and the corruption within the police force is so well done. A few things I loved:

Every rookie felt distinct—Ji Gook’s comedy, Tae-il’s mystery, and Soo-sun’s tenacity. Youre All Surrounded

...then you need to watch (2014). It’s criminal how underrated this one is! Can we talk about the absolute chaos (and heart) of the P4? 🚔✨ It’s been years, but I still haven’t moved on from the rookie squad at Gangnam Police Station.

Watching him slowly regain his humanity through these kids was the highlight for me.
