Use 7-Zip or WinRAR to open only the .001 file.
You must have Vi9v.7z.001 , Vi9v.7z.002 , and Vi9v.7z.003 (and any others in the sequence) in the same folder.
To extract a single file from the middle of a solid archive (or a later segment like part .003), the software must decode all preceding data in that "solid block." If one part of the archive is corrupted, it often becomes impossible to recover any subsequent files in that block. How to Use This File

The software will automatically pull data from .002 and .003 to rebuild the original files.
