The impact of technology on mental health is complex and multifaceted. While technology has the potential to provide numerous benefits, such as access to mental health resources and social connections, it also poses significant risks, including screen time and sleep disturbances, cyberbullying and online harassment, and social media addiction. To mitigate the negative effects of technology on mental health, it is essential to promote healthy technology use habits, such as setting boundaries around screen time, engaging in offline activities, and seeking help when needed.
