The film follows high school loner and aspiring photographer , who works at an antique shop and receives a vintage 1970s Polaroid SX-70 camera as a gift. She quickly discovers a horrific secret: anyone who has their picture taken by the camera is haunted by a shadowy figure and eventually meets a violent end.
