The crew of the free trader ship Solar Queen lands on a planet to trade but discovers a rival company has already secured the best resources. After encountering the planet's inhabitants, they depart, only to find the crew is suffering from a mysterious plague, leading to them being forbidden from landing on any inhabited planet.
