While it features some "visually striking" sequences and updates to the original story, critical and audience reception was mixed-to-negative:
The movie blends live-action performances with CGI characters, including a digital version of Pinocchio that closely mimics the original 1940 design. Reception and Notable Changes
A "WEBDL 1080p" file is a direct high-quality rip from a streaming service, in this case, Disney+ , offering a sharp 1080p resolution without the compression artifacts often found in broadcast recordings.
It was criticized for lacking the "soul" of the original animation and received six Golden Raspberry Award nominations, eventually winning "Worst Remake, Rip-off or Sequel".
The film stars Tom Hanks as Geppetto, Benjamin Evan Ainsworth as Pinocchio, and Joseph Gordon-Levitt as Jiminy Cricket.
There were two other Pinocchio films released in 2022, so ensure your file matches the Disney version if you're looking for the Tom Hanks film:

This could have to do with the pathing policy as well. The default SATP rule is likely going to be using MRU (most recently used) pathing policy for new devices, which only uses one of the available paths. Ideally they would be using Round Robin, which has an IOPs limit setting. That setting is 1000 by default I believe (would need to double check that), meaning that it sends 1000 IOPs down path 1, then 1000 IOPs down path 2, etc. That’s why the pathing policy could be at play.
To your question, having one path down is causing this logging to occur. Yes, it’s total possible if that path that went down is using MRU or RR with an IOPs limit of 1000, that when it goes down you’ll hit that 16 second HB timeout before nmp switches over to the next path.
