Once installed, you must tell your diagnostic software to use the Mongoose interface:
: Open the Windows Device Manager . The device should appear without errors. A flashing green LED on the cable typically indicates that the driver is installed and the PC has successfully found the device. Configuration (e.g., Toyota Techstream)
: Download the MongoosePro MFC Setup.exe (or the specific version for your cable, such as MFC2 or MFC3). Right-click the file and select "Run as Administrator" .
: If you are using the device with Toyota software, drivers can often be found on the Toyota TIS (Technical Information System) portal under the "Diagnostics" section. Installation Steps
: Only when prompted by the installer, or after the installation finishes, plug the Mongoose cable into a USB port on your PC.
: Uninstall any previous versions of the Mongoose drivers from your system to avoid conflicts.
