Vicente Valera, nacido en Badajoz, se licenció en Ciencias Económicas y Empresariales por la Universidad de Extremadura con Premio Extraordinario. Como funcionario de carrera ha desempeñado diferentes puestos en la Administración Local y Autonómica. Entre sus hobbies se encuentran el deporte, la música antigua, el cine, las series o la lectura (novela histórica y biografías especialmente).
