: Battles are classic turn-based affairs using an initiative ladder. Positioning is vital; front-row heroes act as tanks for the more fragile casters and ranged attackers in the back.
: Movement requires clicking adjacent tiles to reveal rooms. Dungeons are filled with traps that must be disarmed using specific character abilities—failing to do so can lead to permanent damage, as health and mana do not regenerate naturally within the dungeon.
The game loop is built around a "tabletop-like" exploration system where you navigate a tile-based grid shrouded in a fog of war.
