Born on April 5, 1909, in Derbent, Zeynalli showed early musical promise. He moved to Baku to pursue formal education, studying at the Baku Music College from 1923 to 1926. He later graduated from the in 1931, where he was mentored by the legendary Uzeyir Hajibeyov , the father of professional Azerbaijani music. Musical Innovations and Works
Between 1928 and 1932, Zeynalli taught at the Baku Music College. His impact on the next generation was profound; his students included future Azerbaijani musical giants , Jovdat Hajiyev, and Tofig Guliyev.
